mr. C.M. (Cristian) Díaz
During his law studies, Cristian founded the Hellevoetsluis legal clinic, where he and fellow students provided free legal assistance. His thesis dealt with non-material damages: he argued for bereavement compensation, which did not yet exist in the Netherlands at the time. He completed his master’s in private law in 2015.
Cristian started his career as a personal injury lawyer at a major insurer before moving to the bar. He now uses that knowledge to represent his clients’ interests as effectively as possible: he knows how insurers think and operate.
In 2023 Cristian founded his own law firm. He has over ten years of experience in personal injury and is registered with the Netherlands Bar in the field of personal injury and victim law, earning specialist training credits every year in line with the Bar’s standards.

Lawyer
mr. M.P.W. (Milan) Brouwers
During his law studies, Milan developed a strong interest in the law of armed conflict, especially the position of war victims. His 2014 graduate research was published and later acquired by libraries including Harvard, Yale and Stanford.
After earning his law degree, Milan interned at the International Criminal Court, where he worked on the very first victim cases in the Court’s history.
Milan began his career as a personal injury lawyer at a major insurer and later moved to a legal expenses insurer, where he handled a wide variety of injury cases. Over eleven years he has assisted many victims of traffic accidents, workplace accidents and violent crime. Milan explains the options in your case and the steps needed to resolve it within a reasonable time.

mr. C.F. (Camila Fernanda) Herrera
Camila earned her master’s in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam, near cum laude. During her studies she mentored master’s students and was involved in Amsterdam’s first Women’s Legal Clinic as a legal assistant and coordinator.
After working at several civil law firms, she chose to focus on criminal law. She was sworn in as an attorney in 2024 and completed her professional training at a criminal law practice. There she mainly assisted victims in criminal cases, drawing on her civil-law background.
Camila speaks fluent Spanish and specialises in assisting victims in criminal proceedings. Within our firm she will also specialise in supporting victims of traffic and workplace accidents.
Legal counsel
mr. Y. (Yara) Arpadzic
While studying law at Erasmus University, Yara developed a deep interest in personal injury cases, sparked by the minor ‘Death and Injury’ in her third year. Building on that, she chose the master’s in Private Law, specialising further in liability and compensation law.
Yara put theory straight into practice. For three years, alongside her studies, she worked at a personal injury loss adjusting firm, handling diverse files on behalf of insurers and gaining valuable experience in assessing and settling claims. She now uses that experience to represent her clients carefully and effectively, with more than four years of experience in (complex) injury cases.
